Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their local government. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.
Damaged Packages
